  • Colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen.

  • All items are subject to availability.

  • Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

5. Orders & Payments

When you place an order:

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email.

  • The order becomes binding once we accept and ship it.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Google Pay, and Bizum (Spain only).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

6. Shipping

 At The Unplugged Studios, we craft moments with soul — and that includes how we deliver your pieces. Every order carries the same care we put into every stitch.

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Spain and the European Union above 100 €. For orders under 100 €, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location

  • Delivery Times:

    • Standard shipping: 2 to 5 business days

    • Express shipping: Available at checkout (additional fee applies)

  • Order Tracking: You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Stay in tune with your delivery every step of the way.

  • Worldwide Delivery: We do ship internationally. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because Every Piece Deserves to Be Loved
 If your Unplugged piece doesn’t feel just right, no worries. We understand. Fashion is about emotion — and we want you to feel it completely.

  • Returns: You can request a return up to 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be:

    • In original condition

    • Unworn, unwashed

    • With original tags and packaging

  • Free Returns in Spain & EU: We offer one free return per order within Spain and the EU. For all other regions, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, simply return the item and place a new order.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including visuals, text, brand identity, product designs, and audiovisuals — is the exclusive property of The Unplugged Studios or its partners. Any unauthorized use, reproduction or modification is strictly prohibited.
