At The Unplugged Studios, we craft moments with soul — and that includes how we deliver your pieces. Every order carries the same care we put into every stitch.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Spain and the EU above 100 €. For orders under 100 €, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 2 to 5 business days

  • Express shipping: Available at checkout (additional fee applies)

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Stay in tune with your delivery through every step of the way.

Worldwide Delivery: We ship internationally. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Because Every Piece Deserves to Be Loved

If your Unplugged piece doesn’t feel just right, no worries. We understand. Fashion is about emotion — and we want you to feel it completely.

Returns: You can request a return up to 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unworn, unwashed

  • With original tags and packaging

Free Returns in Spain & EU: We offer one free return per order within Spain and the EU. For all other regions, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, simply return the item and place a new order.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
