Return & Refund Policy

If a piece doesn't feel right, returning it should be effortless. Here's how it works.

Return window
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back within 14 days.

Condition of items
To be accepted, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. We can't accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or odor (perfume, smoke).

How to start a return
Email us at hello@theunpluggedstudios.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with step-by-step return instructions.

Return shipping
We offer one free return per order within Spain and the European Union. For all other regions, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, and always within 14 days of receiving the returned item. When you exercise your EU right of withdrawal, your refund includes the original standard shipping cost.

Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, simply return your item and place a new order.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us at hello@theunpluggedstudios.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or a full refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights, including the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law.
